Lyndhurst Nutrition is a small and friendly but professional nutritional therapy clinic based in the busy market town of Brigg in North Lincolnshire and also in Festalemps near Riberc in the Dordogne region of France. The practice is run by Michelle Cooling who gained her licence to practice from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in 2005. Michelle is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT), the Nutritional Therapy Council (NCT) and the Institute of Optimum Nutritionist (ION), she is also a qualified Performance and Life Coach.
